What you will do in this role * Manage qualified inbound calls for Commercial business Development of customers acquired / profiled on line Account management of gold customers and partners * Perform OB calls to customers to develop and acquire new business (it is in addition to call back for support tasks) * Login all customer contacts in the CRM system in use at the time * Give feedback on sales activity Skills for the Specialist * Identify right contacts at customers * Track, manage and report ongoing activity related to sales pipeline Your qualifications * Have a proficient or bilingual level of Swedish with an advanced English level * Have one year of related sales experience * Have excellent negotiation management and strong communication skills (verbal & written) including excellent telephone and presentation skills * Work toward goal achievement using negotiation, teamwork/collaboration, motivation and time/work prioritization * Can demonstrate innovation and good judgment/problem-solving skills when making decisions * Can establish an individual course of action to accomplish goals while using appropriate Don't meet every requirement?
