Job Description * ODP member will spend three years as a full-time salary employee in the program, completing three separate professional work assignments geared towards the following potential opportunities: - Engineering - Manufacturing - Quality - Science & Technology - Purchasing and Supplier Management - Supply Chain * Be a regular full-time AbbVie's employee and qualify for the same competitive salary and benefits as other AbbVie employees. * Develop a well-rounded skill set through each of the ODP's assignments.
