* Drive the expansion of our brand across the US market by identifying and acquiring new franchise partners * Analyze market potential, locations, and regional dynamics to support strategic growth decisions * Navigate and evaluate legal and regulatory frameworks relevant to franchising in the United States * Lead and support negotiations of franchise agreements in close collaboration with internal stakeholders * Build strong relationships with partners and guide them through the onboarding process * Act as a key interface between headquarters and US partners to ensure a smooth market entry and sustainable growth Requirements * Proven experience in franchise development, expansion, or business development – ideally in the US market * Strong understanding of franchise structures, contracts, and market entry strategies * Experience navigating legal and regulatory environments in international markets (US strongly preferred
