Position Overview We are currently seeking a Regional People Partner WSEE & MEA, who will serve as a strategic HR partner to business leaders across a diverse international region, supporting approximately 1,600 employees across the region. What You Will Do * Partner with market leadership teams to drive talent management, succession planning, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, business transformation and change management initiatives. * Lead and develop the HR market organization ensuring an effective HR operating model, strong team cohesion, and seamless collaboration across the HR ecosystem. * Provide HR support and expert guidance to managers and employees in global functions in partnership with People Partners, Global Strategic People Advisors, HR Domain teams and Experience Hubs. * Ensure HR administration and people processes are delivered in compliance with local legislation and with a high level of operational excellence. * Ensure all entities and employees conduct business in line with applicable laws and regulations,
