* SSC located in the North of Madrid * SAP & English SSC within the automotive sector located in the north of Madrid Your main tasks will be: o Process supplier invoices and ensure their accuracy and compliance with company policies. o Coordinate payment runs and manage payment schedules efficiently. o Reconcile accounts payable transactions to maintain accurate financial records. o Address supplier inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly. o Support month-end closing activities related to accounts payable. o Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth invoice approval workflows. o Maintain and update vendor data in the accounting system as needed. o Assist in audits by providing required documentation and information.
