Within the Carolina Herrera Marketing team, we are looking for a Marketing Animations Manager to support the development and execution of key product launches, marketing animations and brand campaigns. What you'll get to do * Manage product development and marketing projects from concept to launch, including market and trend research, moodboards, naming, claims, packaging, gifting and activation ideas. * Develop creative and strategic recommendations for launches, animations and campaigns. * Prepare clear and inspiring briefs for creative agencies and external partners. * Coordinate the development of creative assets, including packaging, artwork, renders, mock-ups and campaign materials. * Manage creative projects and provide feedback to ensure deliverables are aligned with the brand, strategy and timelines. * Work closely with Marketing, Retail, PR & Communications, Media, E-commerce and Operations teams to ensure successful execution across different touchpoints. * Monitor timelines, priorities and deliverables, anticipating risks and proposing solutions when needed.



* Support campaign production and the coordination of samples, products and materials for shoots, events and presentations. * Prepare high-quality presentations for key internal and business meetings. We'd love to meet you if you have * 3–5 years of experience in product management, brand marketing, product development, a creative/design agency or a similar role. * Experience within beauty, fragrance, fashion or luxury would be an advantage. * Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Design, Art or a related field. * Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage several projects at the same time. * Creative mindset and ability to develop concepts, narratives and activation ideas from strategic insights. * Experience working with creative agencies or external partners and preparing creative briefs. * Good understanding of beauty, fashion, luxury, culture and con
