We're looking for a

Senior Observability Engineer

to join a integral team building a next-generation observability platform powered by

AI and Big Data . The mission is to predict, prevent, and analyze complex disruptions across large-scale enterprise environments while delivering end-to-end visibility across applications, networks, and infrastructure.

You'll work closely with international teams across Europe, helping shape the future of observability through automation, advanced monitoring, and AI-driven operational insights.

What You'll Do

Understand business and technical observability requirements from internal stakeholders.

Manage and oversee external managed service providers and vendors.

Take end-to-end ownership of the observability ecosystem, including:

Tool development and automation

Operational monitoring

Work with technologies such as:

Grafana

Gigamon

Traffic Broker

Cisco





ThousandEyes

ELK Stack

Identify new ways to generate business value from monitoring and operational data.

Drive AI adoption and automation within observability processes.

Collaborate with globally distributed teams to improve visibility, reliability, and performance across enterprise environments.

What We’re Looking For
Required

Strong understanding of enterprise IT architectures

Solid networking and infrastructure background

Experience with observability and monitoring platforms such as:

APM
Dynatrace

NPM
NetScout

Infrastructure Monitoring
CheckMK
ELK
Splunk

Experience managing vendors and external service providers

Hands-on experience using AI tools to automate observability or operational processes

Knowledge of concepts such as:

AI Agents
MCP Servers
AI-assisted automation workflows

Professional English proficiency

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information
