The role
We're looking for a Senior or Lead Product Manager to own new titles from early validation through scale. Reporting to the Director of Game Development, who is accountable for the performance of all products across the production team, you'll work with a small, cross-functional team to find out what players love, prove it with data, and build a game that can grow. Once a title is on solid footing, you'll hand it off to our LiveOps team with the systems, documentation, and roadmap it needs to thrive for years.
This role is for someone who is comfortable with ambiguity, makes fast decisions from imperfect data, and knows when to double down and when to kill an idea.
What you'll do
Shape new games

from concept and prototype through soft launch and general launch,



working closely with game design, art, engineering, and UA.
Partner closely with the Director of Game Development

to make sure your roadmap aligns with company objectives and portfolio priorities, share regular updates on product performance, and agree on the key decisions and trade-offs for each title.
Define and run validation , including retention and monetization benchmarks and clear go/no-go criteria at every stage.
Own the product roadmap and KPIs

for your titles: D1/D7/D30 retention, ARPDAU, LTV,, and turn insights into prioritized features.
Scale what works

by partnering with UA and marketing on growth and building the core loops and meta that support long-term engagement.
Prepare games for LiveOps handoff

by setting up the analytics, event tooling, content pipelines, and documentation a LiveOps team needs to take over smoothly.
Bring the market in

through competitor analysis, gen
