10+ years in business development, partner management or international commercial roles with multi-market growth

Led cross-functional, cross-country initiatives and contributed to regional/integral planning

Deep knowledge of insurance, affinity models, regulation and market dynamics with strong strategic and commercial sense

Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, negotiation, storytelling and data-led decision making

Strong analytical skills; project leadership
