Job Description:

People Hive is supporting a client in the search for a Business Development Manager – EU to join their team remotely, based in Europe.
The Business Development Manager (EU market) acquires and manages IBs, affiliates and traders, driving growth and expanding the company's FX/CFD presence in the EU. The role builds strong partner relationships, promotes trading products and executes market-specific sales strategies to boost deposits and activity, and requires solid industry knowledge, strong sales ability and proven relationship-building skills within the trading/brokerage space.
Critical Requirements

FX/CFD expertise with a strong understanding of the EU trading market and its regulatory environment
Proven ability to manage IBs, affiliates and key clients with a solid,



verifiable portfolio (e.g. €100K+ monthly net deposits) from a reputable brokerage
Native-level English; other EU languages are a plus
Able to build trust and close high-value partnerships remotely or on-site
