Glovo is seeking a Senior Performance Analyst – Marketplace Experience to own the performance narrative across the regional Marketplace Experience. You will identify, quantify, and reduce experience-driven value loss, improve marketplace health, and close the Retention Gap between seamless and non-seamless journeys.
You will collaborate with country MDs, Operations, Service, Finance and General HQ to translate priorities into regional performance gains.
