Overview
Build and lead the team that fills our pipeline. You'll coach and run a founding team of 5 SDRs generating qualified enterprise meetings across North America and Europe, and build the processes they run on. The outbound engine Supersonik runs on for the next few years starts with you.

Key Responsibilities

Build out processes for a founding team of 5 SDRs

Own team targets for meetings and pipeline

Coach daily on calls, messaging and objection handling





Build and document the outbound playbook

Partner with AEs on account strategy and handoffs

Set up the metrics, cadences and tooling the team runs on

Main Objective
Build a high-performing SDR team that consistently books qualified enterprise meetings for the AE team in North America and Europe, and becomes the engine behind Supersonik's pipeline.

Non-negotiables

2+ years managing an outbound SDR team in B2B SaaS

Track record of your team hitting meeting and pipeline targets

Still hands-on: you can pick up the phone and book meetings yourself

Excellent written and spoken English

Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate

Comfortable with afternoon hours to cover North American time zones
