Key Responsibilities

Agency Operations GOM Compliance Support
Support Regional Digital Marketing Managers in monitoring agency adherence to the Global Operating Model across all markets
Consolidate monthly and quarterly agency performance KPIs (CPA, ROAS, etc.) across regions into global reporting dashboards
Coordinate agency deliverable timelines — ensuring performance briefs, digital plans, and optimizations are submitted on schedule and to global standards
Support RFP processes by coordinating documentation, evaluation criteria, timelines, and stakeholder inputs across regions
Assist in onboarding new agencies — preparing GOM orientation materials, access requirements, reporting templates, and compliance checklists
Maintain and update GOM documentation, playbooks,



and compliance checklists as the model evolves
Flag agency performance risks, adherence gaps, or cross-market inconsistencies to Regional Managers for escalation
Budget Performance Reporting Support
Support Regional Managers in tracking digital budget allocation among agencies and channels across markets
Compile performance data to help identify underperforming channels and inform reallocation recommendations
Assist in preparing quarterly deep-dive performance materials and strategic recommendations for regional and general stakeholders
Audit media buy efficiency data and consolidate cross-market learnings for Regional Manager review
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all agency-submitted reports
Creative, Content Campaign Coordination
Coordinate localization of global creative assets to meet regional linguistic, regulatory, and cultural requirements across markets
Manage creative review c
