What You'll Actually Be Doing:

Architect & Lead

Own solution architecture for a project or workstream, typically single-cloud or dual-cloud (e.g. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce), escalating multi-cloud or enterprise-wide decisions to a Senior Technical Architect
Contribute to technical strategy and design standards, following architecture governance set by senior architects
Participate in architecture review boards, presenting and defending design options
Be the first line of resolution for technical problems on an engagement, escalating the toughest ones
Integrate & Engineer





Design integration patterns using REST/SOAP APIs and, with guidance, event-driven approaches (Platform Events) and middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi)
Write and review code in Apex and LWC, with working familiarity in

at least one

general-purpose language ( Python

or

JavaScript/Node.js ) for scripting or lightweight tooling
Design data models and transformations: SQL/SOQL, JSON/XML
Contribute to conversations about the broader technology stack (ERP, CRM, cloud platforms) when Salesforce needs to integrate with it, partnering with senior architects on the harder calls
Advise & Influence

Be a reliable technical point of contact for customer IT teams and project stakeholders, translating requirements into solution design
Support and co-lead technical discovery workshops
Produce core architecture artefacts: solution design documents, data models, integration diagrams
Support Sales and pre-sales with technical inpu
