As part of its international expansion, Odalie is launching its operations in Spain and is looking for a Business Developer to drive its commercial growth in Catalonia .

The upcoming regulatory framework promoting water reuse solutions in buildings is creating strong market opportunities, particularly in the Barcelona region.

As the first commercial representative in Spain, you will play a key role in developing the market, generating new business opportunities, and establishing Odalie as a leading player in the region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Business Development

- Identify and target key stakeholders in real estate, hospitality, construction, and commercial buildings.




- Actively prospect new clients and generate business opportunities.
- Build and grow a strong pipeline of projects across Catalonia.
- Detect projects at an early stage and position Odalie's solutions with decision-makers.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract signature.
- Secure new contracts and deliver rapid commercial growth.

Market Development

- Develop strong relationships with key local stakeholders.
- Contribute to Odalie's long-term growth and market presence in Spain.

YOUR PROFILE
We are looking for an experienced Business Developer with a strong professional network in Catalonia , especially within real estate development, hospitality, real estate investment, and construction.

You have at least 5 years of experience in B2B sales and business development . You are comfortable working with decision-makers and managing sales opportunities from prospecting to contract signature.
