We're hiring AI Architects who define how AI is actually built and deployed inside modern engineering organizations. This is not a strategy-only role. You'll design production-ready AI architectures, build proof-of-concepts that earn trust with technical stakeholders, and guide delivery teams across multiple client engagements. You'll work with companies across fintech, healthcare, Saa S, and PE-backed portfolios, helping them move from experimentation to scalable, governed AI adoption. What You'll Do Define AI integration architectures tailored to real-world engineering environments Assess client maturity (CI/CD, testing, AI readiness) and design practical adoption strategies Architect agentic workflows, RAG systems, and AI-assisted delivery pipelines Build proof-of-concepts that demonstrate measurable impact (accuracy, efficiency, cost) Lead technical workshops during pre-sales to validate feasibility and scope Provide hands-on technical oversight to engineering teams across active engagements Establish prompt governance models, evaluation frameworks,
