Join a fast-growing HR tech startup that’s scaling in Spain and needs a sharp, commercial closer to help drive the next stage of growth. This is a hands-on sales role where pace matters: you’ll work a defined enterprise patch, run full-cycle deals, and win new logos in a competitive market.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll own enterprise new business for Spain: building a target list, opening doors, running discovery, delivering demos, and taking deals through to signature. You’ll work closely with SDR support but you’ll also be comfortable creating momentum yourself through multi-channel outreach and strong deal control.

You’ll be successful here if you

You’re already selling HR tech into larger organisations in Spain and you know how to navigate multi-stakeholder buying groups. You bring a structured way of working (clean CRM hygiene, strong next steps, mutual action plans) and you’re confident leading commercial conversations in a modern,



startup environment.

What we’re looking for

Fluent Spanish, professional English (B2+)

Full-cycle sales experience (discovery → demo → close)

Comfortable selling into complex organisations and multi-threading stakeholders (HR/People plus Finance/Procurement/Leadership)

Strong outbound habits (calls, LinkedIn, email sequences) and urgency around pipeline build

CRM discipline (HubSpot experience idóneo)
