As Joko’s first Account Manager in Spain, you will build and scale the merchant base from ground up, driving the initial revenue and establishing Joko as a trusted partner in the Spanish market. You will recruit high-potential merchants, manage partnerships, and work cross-functionally to tailor the merchant approach to Spain. You will leverage data to identify growth opportunities, while collaborating with marketing and central teams to deliver a strong market launch and lasting impact.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

- Build and onboard Spanish merchants directly and via affiliate networks
- Develop relationships with brands, affiliates, agencies, and attend industry events
- Negotiate commissions, budgets, boosts, and exclusive offers; translate merchant goals into data-backed plans
- Monitor revenue, conversions, tracking, and campaign results; optimize the full funnel
- Set up local playbooks, processes, reporting,



and tooling for launch and scale
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, Customer Care, and Operations to implement local improvements

Responsabilidades

- Degree in business, marketing, or equivalent track record
- At least five years in Account Management, strategic partnerships, business development, or related role
- Based in Madrid; native Spanish and fluent English
- Strong track record of growing accounts and closing negotiations xugodme
- Entrepreneurial ownership with autonomous, proactive problem-solving
- Analytical and operational rigor with data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
