In this role you will drive sales and growth across the Alicante Norte/Albacete territory by managing existing customers and identifying new opportunities. You will promote holistic dental solutions from the Dentsply Sirona portfolio, working with product specialists and the marketing team to tailor proposals. You’ll maintain accurate CRM records, coordinate orders, and participate in local events to generate demand.

This position offers a permanent contract with a balanced mix of base salary and performance incentives, plus a company car for business and private use. You will contribute to territory targets while adapting to market changes and ensuring high ethical standards.

- Coordinate with product specialists for technical support through the sales process

- Stay informed of commercial offers and leverage Marketing tools
- Support market changes and drive territory financial targets

Responsabilidades

- Previous sales experience; knowledge of the dental sector is a plus
- University degree preferred in technical, healthcare, xugodme or life sciences
- Intermediate level of English desirable
- High integrity and professional ethics
- Creative mindset with ability to propose innovative ideas
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory

- Fixed annual gross salary 36,000–40,000 plus 30% variable incentive
