In this role you will partner with strategic customers to translate business challenges into Celonis-enabled AI solutions. You’ll prototype and demonstrate value, driving adoption and ROI at scale. You join a global Value Engineering team that collaborates closely with field teams and top technology partners like Microsoft, OpenAI and Databricks.

The position blends technical prototyping, business value storytelling, and executive-level engagement in a fast-paced, international environment. This is a mission-driven opportunity to advance AI-enabled process transformation across EMEA, with travel to client sites.

Responsabilidades

- Degree in Engineering, Data Analytics/Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related STEM field
- 1–2 years of relevant internship or full-time experience, ideally at the business-technology intersection
- Knowledge of generative AI techniques (RAG, few-shot learning, prompt/context engineering, multi-agent orchestration, multimodal understanding, fine-tuning)
- Strong Python skills and libraries (LangChain, pandas, pydantic, sklearn, PyTorch) and data engineering familiarity
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities
- Customer-centric xugodme mindset with value delivery focus
- Excellent presentation skills and confidence speaking to diverse audiences
- Proactive, curious, and fast learner in a high-growth setting
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines
- Fluency in German and English (other European languages a plus)
