As a key driver of digital innovation for a long-standing client partnership, you translate strategic ambition into viable digital features that bring physical toys into the digital space. You will analyze ecosystems, define value propositions, and coordinate cross-functional prototyping to demonstrate ROI and impact. Your work helps grow the partnership by aligning innovative concepts with feasible delivery.

This role offers the chance to shape notable products in a global gaming context and collaborate with diverse studios.

Compensaciones / Ventajas

- Analyze client ecosystem, brand strategy and market trends to uncover new digital opportunities
- Structure concepts into value propositions with scope, milestones, budget estimates and KPIs
- Support pre-production by defining hypotheses and MVP scopes and validation frameworks
- Coordinate prototype development with UX, Tech and Production teams




- Define success metrics with Data teams and provide data-driven go/no-go recommendations
- Act as central contact for innovation topics, facilitating workshops and aligning goals with production constraints
- Support client discussions on future evolutions, balancing ambition with realistic delivery frameworks

Responsabilidades

- 4+ years in Digital Innovation, Product Strategy or Digital Agency
- Proven experience in proposal development and pre-sales structuring
- Experience collaborating within xugodme cross-functional product teams
- Exposure to AI-driven or interactive technologies (desirable)
- Experience working with prominent international brands (advantage)
- Professional proficiency in English to present ideas clearly
