Who you are

- 2–3 years of experience in B2C sales, ideally in hospitality, short-term or mid-term rentals, real estate or travel
- A proven track record of meeting or beating sales and conversion targets

- Strong negotiation and closing skills

- C1 level in English and Spanish

- Professional working level (C1) in at least one of: French, Portuguese or Italian

- Experience managing a pipeline in a CRM
- A structured, data-driven way of working, with the autonomy to prioritise your own workload

- Flexible, resilient and comfortable with ambiguity and change

- Confident working in cross-functional teams in a start-up environment

What the job involves

- We are looking for a B2C Sales Specialist to join our Sales team in Barcelona

- With 2–3 years of experience in sales, you will own the full sales cycle for our furnished apartments and guest services across all our markets, including Spain, Portugal, France and Italy

- You understand the bigger picture and the impact your role has on the business

- You will play a key role in reaching our occupancy and revenue goals and our customer satisfaction targets

- As part of a fast-growing start-up, you'll have a lot of autonomy and ownership, and you'll face plenty of challenges and opportunities along the way

- Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from receiving a lead to closing the deal





- Turn leads into bookings and work towards individual and team conversion targets

- Lead negotiations with prospective clients on pricing, length of stay and conditions

- Manage your own pipeline and keep the CRM accurate and up to date

- Understand each client's needs and offer the right apartment and services

- Give clients personalised support throughout the booking and the stay

- Handle questions and escalations on new and existing reservations

- Draft and manage rental agreements

- Work with Operations, Supply and Customer Experience to make sure clients have a smooth experience

- Share market and client insights with the team to improve our sales process and conversion

- Help onboard and support more junior team members
