Controlling: The Financial Compass Across All Destinations

What We Do

We work across the organization to:

- Deliver accurate Profit & Loss reporting, providing a clear and reliable view of operational performance.
- Guide financial performance across all destinations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.




- Lead the annual budgeting process, establishing ambitious yet achievable financial targets.
- Oversee monthly and annual closing activities, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and control.
- Support senior management with financial insights, business understanding, and analysis for strategic decision-making.
- Monitor sales performance to anticipate trends, identify risks, and uncover opportunities.
- Safeguard data quality by understanding business processes end-to-end and how operations work in practice.
- Foster a strong alliance between people and AI, combining human expertise with intelligent technology to deliver faster, smarter, and more impactful insights.

Requirements What We're Looking For: Must-Have Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a business analysis, or performance management role within the tourism industry.
- Excellent command of English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills in multicultural environments.
- Advanced proficiency in analytical and reporting tools, particularly Excel and Power BI.
