As a Business Operations Analyst, reporting to the Area Head, you will transform financial, commercial, and operational data into insights that drive business performance and support decision-making across our destinations.

By bringing people, technology, and business expertise together, we create clarity and confidence in decision-making, turning data into insights and insights into action to drive sustainable growth. You will play a key role in making this happen.





Key Responsibilities

- Analyze financial, commercial, and operational performance across business lines.
- Develop and monitor KPIs, identifying risks, opportunities, and improvement areas.
- Provide financial and operational guidance from a Profit & Loss perspective.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Operations, and Business Intelligence teams.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
- Promote data quality, process understanding, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Tourism Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis, controlling, or a similar role within the tourism industry.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power BI.
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken. Spanish is highly valued.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
