Substantial hands-on experience deploying and supporting enterprise infrastructure in large-scale, global, multi-vendor environments

- Proficiency in AWS or Azure across computer, networking, storage, identity, and PaaS; hands-on with Docker and KubernetesAutomation tooling: Terraform (preferred), Ansible or equivalent; scripting in PowerShell, Python, or Bash
- CI/CD with Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, or GitHub ActionsITSM & observability: ServiceNow (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB); strong ITIL/ITSM knowledge
- Datadog and Splunk experienceSoft skills: Ownership mindset, calm under pressure, rigorous around change control, clear communicator across technical and business audiencesLanguages: English required
