In this role you will design and deliver top-tier combat content for an unannounced cross-platform strategy/MMO title. You will collaborate with fellow designers, PMs, artists and engineers to shape scalable combat systems and engaging player experiences. The position emphasizes data-informed iteration, long-term content planning, and high-quality gameplay across modes and progressions.

You play a key part in building a living, player-centric combat loop that supports live operations. This is a hybrid, Barcelona-based opportunity on a project poised for scale and impact.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Build and refine combat gameplay focused on player journey and moment-to-moment interactions
- Create content that works across different progressions and game modes
- Collaborate with Designers, PMs, Artists and Engineers to implement content and systems




- Document workflows and best practices for reuse by other Designers
- Evaluate performance using data, feedback, and playtest experiences
- Define scalable solutions and identify high ROI improvement opportunities
- Design for long-term content extensibility and system health

Responsabilidades

- 4+ years designing content and gameplay systems for live, free-to-play games (preferably 4x or ARPG)
- Excellent communication xugodme and stakeholder alignment skills
- Passion for analyzing games across genres and platforms
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment
- Strong knowledge of Unity or Unreal workflows and behavioral component implementation
