You will support initiatives to improve raw material receipt processes, reduce invoice errors and optimize information flows between suppliers and internal teams, contributing to greater efficiency and continuous improvement.

Your role will be:

- Manage incoming orders and coordinate outbound material orders.
- Review and verify order information in the system to ensure data accuracy.
- Propose improvements to information flows between suppliers and internal teams, helping to develop guidelines to ensure accurate information from the outset.
- Participate in the creation and analysis of KPI dashboards to monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities.

- Critical thinking and a strong sense of commitment.

- Intermediate Excel skills.
- A high level of Spanish and an intermediate level of English are mandatory. Additional languages will be considered a plus.
