Les Roches Integral Hospitality Education, a world-leading institution in hospitality management and part of Sommet Education, is seeking an Admissions Assistant to join our Marbella campus on a temporary replacement contract. Reporting to the Admissions Manager, you will support prospective students throughout the admissions process while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and assess student applications according to admissions criteria.
- Process registrations, payments and admissions documentation.
- Provide information and guidance to prospective students.
- Manage enquiries via phone and email professionally and efficiently.
- Support campus tours, open days, information sessions and recruitment events.
- Assist with scholarship applications, reporting and general administrative tasks.

Key Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Business,



Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar admissions role.
- Fluent English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of international education systems.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills; Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent organisational, communication and customer service skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable working with databases.

What We Offer

- Temporary replacement contract.
- Full-time schedule: 09:00-18:00.
- Salary: €18,000 - €22,000 gross per year.
