- Support the Construction Manager in the management and coordination of all parties involved in the project during the construction phase, specifically regarding installations
- Responsible for managing and coordinating the parties involved in the construction (contractor(s) and project management team) in activities related to their specialty
- Responsible for monitoring and controlling activities related to their specialty in terms of contractual compliance, timelines,



quality (through the project management team), and safety (through the Health & Safety Coordinator)
- Responsible for coordinating (supporting the Commissioning Manager) the commissioning activities related to their specialtyRequisitosUniversity degree in Mechanical, MEP, Construction Management or a related fieldSeveral years of experience as a MEP Manager for major construction projects; experiences in Data Centre Construction projects preferredAdvanced skills with spreadsheets, report writing and presentationsStrong and professional communication skills, with great organization skills, ability to multi-taskMust have a “team attitude”, be self-motivated and be willing to support other groups and projects when requiredEntrepreneurial thinking, creativity and dynamismFluent English & Spanish languageAvailability to work on-site Información adicionalOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
