As Creator Program Manager, you will expand and manage Lingokids’ network of parent creators and family influencers, driving high-quality, native-feeling ads. You’ll own outreach, deals, briefs, and performance feedback to guide content that converts. The role blends program building with data-driven optimization of CPA and hooks, scaling partnerships and introducing AI-enabled processes.

This remote-friendly position offers the chance to influence youth-focused content at scale and shape our long-form YouTube approach.

Compensaciones / Ventajas

- Grow and nurture the creator network across micro to established influencers
- Own outreach across channels (email, DMs, platforms, referrals)
- Negotiate deals: fees, usage rights, deliverables, timelines, renewals
- Write briefs that enable creators to self-produce conversion-focused content
- Collaborate with Head of Paid Social to translate results into sharper briefs




- Build systems for pipeline tracking, rights management, and deliverables library
- Lead high-impact creator partnerships and special projects beyond core program

Responsabilidades

- 3+ years in creator marketing, influencer marketing, UGC, or performance creative
- Experience sourcing, signing, and managing creators; built or scaled a creator program
- Proven ability to brief creators to produce converting content
- Commercial instincts on fees, usage rights, and renewals
- Strong organizational skills xugodme with high volume of deliverables
- Data-driven mindset focused on CPA and performance optimization
- Willingness to build and iterate playbooks while running the program
- Curious and playful attitude, able to share viewpoints confidently
- Fluent in English; strong written and verbal communication in a remote setting
