Identify and prospect potential retail CPG grocery clients by utilizing various sources such as industry contacts, market research, networking events, and targeted outreach.

Understand the business needs and pain points of prospective clients to effectively position SymphonyAI Retail's solutions and services.

Conduct thorough research and analysis of the retail CPG market to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.

Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities, ensuring consistent progress through the sales cycle.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized sales strategies and presentations that effectively address client requirements.





Conduct consultative sales engagements with retail CPG prospects, engaging stakeholders at various levels including C-suite executives, IT leaders, and business decision-makers.

Perform comprehensive needs assessments and solution demonstrations to articulate the value proposition of SymphonyAI Retail's products and services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor to guide clients through their digital transformation journey.

Sales Cycle Management

Lead and manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.

Develop and deliver compelling sales proposals, presentations, and contracts that clearly outline the solution, pricing, and terms.

Collaborate with internal teams, including solution architects, product managers, and implementation specialists, to ensure seamless transition from sales to implementation.
