The Position Job description As a Dev Ops Infrastructure Engineer, you will independently solve technical business problems with guidance if needed and contribute to projects requiring knowledge in Dev Ops and infrastructure management. Job Responsibilities Scope / (Content Leadership): Engages in and improves, with guidance, the whole lifecycle of platforms and services—from inception and design through deployment, operation, and retirement. Applies software engineering principles to build and manage large-scale IT infrastructure products, abstracting away infrastructure complexity by providing self-service tools and APIs for developers. Implements and maintains CI/CD pipelines and develops self-healing features. Accountability/Problem Solving: Effectively applies problem-solving and decision‑making skills to address issues that impact development, deployment, and performance. Ensures IT infrastructure services reach and maintain agreed Service Level Indicators (SLIs), Objectives (SLOs),



and Agreements (SLAs) in compliance with QA requirements. Monitors and resolves incidents, practices sustainable incident response and blameless postmortems, and contributes to Disaster Recovery execution plans. Stakeholder Management: Demonstrates a customer and delivery-focused mindset. Collaborates closely with developers, Managed Services suppliers, and vendors to continuously improve development velocity and service reliability. Impact/Strategy: Ensures implemented solutions comply with Quality/Regulatory standards and implements cost, compliance, and security best practices.
