Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced, creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join the Zoco Home team.

This is a mid-to-senior-level role for a marketing professional with strong expertise in online marketing, performance marketing and digital growth. The adecuado candidate combines a data-driven mindset with creative thinking, taking ownership of campaigns and identifying new opportunities to grow our brand, increase qualified traffic and drive e-commerce sales.

You should have a strong hands-on understanding of Paid Media (Meta Ads and Google Ads), SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), alongside experience in e-commerce and digital content creation. We are looking for someone who can move confidently between strategy and execution, using data, creativity and emerging digital trends to deliver measurable results.

Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential to communicate effectively with our international audience.

You will work closely with our design, sales and e-commerce teams to strengthen our digital presence, improve marketing performance and bring the Zoco Home brand to life across online channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Online Marketing Strategy: Plan, execute and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, qualified traffic, engagement and sales.
- Paid Media & Performance Marketing: Manage and optimize Meta Ads, Google Ads, remarketing and other relevant paid channels, ensuring efficient budget allocation and measurable returns.
- SEO & GEO:



Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, keyword rankings and qualified traffic. Explore and implement GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies to strengthen Zoco Home's visibility across AI-powered search and discovery platforms.
- Creative Content & Copywriting: Develop engaging concepts, compelling copy and creative assets for digital campaigns, newsletters, social media and advertising, ensuring consistency with Zoco Home's brand identity.
- E-commerce Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve the online customer journey, product presentation, landing pages and conversion rates across our Shopify store.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor KPIs, analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights to improve results and marketing efficiency.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, sales and e-commerce teams to align marketing initiatives with commercial objectives and brand priorities.
- Innovation & Trends: Stay ahead of developments in digital marketing, search, AI and creative advertising, testing new approaches to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

- Proven experience in digital marketing at a mid-to-senior level,



with a strong understanding of online marketing strategy and execution.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Paid Media, particularly Meta Ads and Google Ads, including campaign management, optimization, remarketing and performance analysis.
- Solid knowledge of SEO, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO fundamentals and organic traffic growth.
- Understanding of GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and the evolving role of AI-powered search and discovery.
- Experience in e-commerce marketing, ideally with Shopify.
- A creative mindset with strong copywriting skills and the ability to develop engaging concepts and effective marketing content in English.
- Proficiency with Meta Business Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and digital analytics tools.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A proactive, independent approach, with the confidence to take ownership of initiatives and recommend improvements.
- Availability to work on-site in Mijas.
