and your own network Conducting in-depth interviews to assess both technical skills and cultural fit Actively prospecting via calls, emails, and networking Identifying new business opportunities and generating qualified leads Negotiating commercial terms with clients Full training in recruitment and sales A key role in a brand-new international project A dynamic, supportive, and high-performance environment Junior Recruitment Consultant €23,000 to €30,000 includes base (€23,000) and projected commission potential year 1, however earnings are uncapped and can vary based on performance.
