About the company

Our client is a leading Dutch company in the construction industry, specialising in building services for complex residential projects and operating from several locations across the Netherlands.

The company is in a phase of targeted growth and professionalization. Engineering is a critical capability in that journey: design quality, lead times and BIM maturity have a direct impact on project results.

As the company grows, so does the demand for engineering capacity. To keep pace with – and accelerate – that growth, it is setting up a new engineering office in Valencia, Spain. The ambition is a team of up to 15 BIM modellers and engineers, with the first 10 up and running by Q2 2027.
