We are an international, remote-first team, and we are hiring two Account Executives to help us grow. As an Account Executive at Surf Office, you will own inbound sales opportunities from first conversation to closed booking.

This is a consultative sales role. You will work with HR, People, Operations, Office Managers, and Executive Assistants who are planning retreats for remote-first and fast-growing teams. We are looking for someone with strong commercial instincts, excellent follow-through, and the ability to manage a detailed sales process independently.

Manage opportunities throughout the full sales cycle, from qualifying leads and discovery to closing deals Speak with prospective clients to understand their retreat goals, budget, timeline, team size, and decision-making process Match client retreat needs with the idóneo venues from our extensive database Keep CRM records accurate and up to date 2+ years of closing experience,
