As Architecture Expert Lead at ING, you guide Customers u0026amp; Data Architecture to align technology strategy with business goals. You lead a multi-disciplinary team of architects across customer, data, AI, KYC and marketing domains, shaping information architecture and roadmaps. You co-create target architectures and oversee risk, security and non-functional requirements, while driving continuous transformation and collaboration with Tribe Leads.

This role combines Enterprise Architecture duties with strategic oversight to sustain a coherent tech landscape.

- Assume Enterprise Architect responsibilities to maintain alignment with strategy and enable ongoing tech transformation with Tribe Leads

Responsabilidades

- 7+ years of experience in architecture teams
- 3+ years of managerial experience xugodme in an agile organization
- Proactive, autonomous working style within management and bank policy
- Ability to communicate with a broad range of stakeholders
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Good communication skills
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Team-oriented with execution focus
