? About Juryo

At Juryo we are building the AI voice operating system for B2C law firms. Our agents qualify, sell, onboard, support clients and handle collections. They already work with more than 30 law firms in Spain and the UK, and in 7 months we have gone from 0 to €1M ARR.

? The role

We are building the founding engineering team. The platform our agents run on is growing as fast as our client base, and we need engineers who can build it at that speed. You'll be one of the first, shaping how the product and the team are built from here.

What is a Founding Engineer at Juryo? You own big parts of the platform end to end: from the idea to production, and then keeping it alive and scaling. We build AI native. You won't spend your day writing every line by hand: you'll direct coding agents, review their workand ship far more than a traditional engineer could.

What you'll do

- Build and scale the platform that powers our agents: voice, WhatsApp, integrations, analytics and everything in between.
- Direct coding agents to ship features in days, not months, and own the quality of what goes out.
- Make architecture decisions that will hold as we go from 30 law firms to hundreds, in Spain, the UK and beyond.
- Work closely with our Forward Deployed Engineers and clients to understand what's breaking and what needs to exist next.
- Help define how engineering works at Juryo:



tooling, standards, hiring and culture.

What we're looking for

- You're a strong engineer with real production experience. You know how to build systems that hold up under load and real users.
- You're AI native. You use coding agents daily and know how to get the most out of them, and when not to trust them.
- You have product sense. You care about what gets built and why, not just how.
- You get things done. You'd rather ship something that works today and iterate than wait for perfect.
- You're hungry to work. We're a team that wants to make its mark, and we put in the hours.
- You speak English fluently. Spanish is a plus.
- You live in Barcelona or are willing to move here. We work from the office, 100% on site.

What we work with

TypeScript, Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL, REST APIs, webhooks, Retell, ElevenLabs, Vercel and AWS. If you know some of them, great. If not, they can be learned: we care more about how fast you learn than about what your CV says.
