We're looking for a Java full-stack developer to join the team building a cloud-native network analytics platform for telecom operators. It handles alarm management, topology, root-cause analysis, performance prediction and data ingesti

Each squad owns its features from start to finish: design, Spring Boot backend, React frontend, tests and deployment to Kubernetes. In a team this size there are no hand-offs between backend and frontend. Each person's work matters, and you'll have a real say in how things get bui

What you'll do

Design and build REST APIs in Spring Boot / modern Java, organized as feature modules (alarms, topology, clustering, RCA, filter configuration, user access, and more) in a Maven multi-module monorepo.

Build and maintain React + TypeScript micro-frontends (Vite, pnpm workspaces, Material UI, Redux Toolkit, Tailwind, Mapbox GL for topology and geo views) inside a shared application shell.

Write data access against MongoDB, including schema design, indexing and query performance.

Work on event-driven and batch pipelines: Kafka-based event flows, plus file ingestion of CSV, Excel, JSON, Parquet, XML and 3GPP formats.

Secure services with Spring Security + Keycloak (OAuth2/OIDC) and handle secrets correctly, with nothing hard-coded.

Write tests at every level: JUnit 5, Mockito, Spring Boot Test, and end-to-end tests on the frontend.

Ship services as Docker images deployed to Kubernetes (GKE) with Helm through GitHub Actions CI/CD.

Take part in spec-driven development: PRDs, acceptance specs, technical design reviews, and PR-based code review.





Collaborate with the squads building the platform's Python-based AI agent services.

Must have

3–7 years of professional software development, mostly in Java (17+).

Solid Spring Boot experience: Web/MVC, Security, Validation, configuration, OpenAPI.

Real production experience with React + TypeScript: hooks, state management, component libraries, modern build tooling.

Hands-on work with MongoDB, or another NoSQL store plus a willingness to go deep on Mongo.

Experience with microservices, REST API design and Maven.

Working knowledge of Docker and of how applications run on Kubernetes.

Good testing habits and comfort with Git, pull requests and code review.

Ability to work well remotely: clear written communication, comfort working asynchronously, and being self-directed within a small team.

Nice to have

Kafka or other messaging and event-driven design.

Keycloak / OAuth2 / OIDC.

Helm, Google Cloud / GKE, GitHub Actions.

Telecom / OSS domain knowledge: fault management, alarms, network topology, 3GPP data.

Parquet or other big-data formats, or experience with analytics and ML-backed features.

Python (FastAPI) or exposure to LLM / agentic applications.

Experience working with AI coding assistants inside a spec-driven workflow.
