In this role you drive growth and value with strategic global key accounts in offshore wind, shaping long-term partnerships and coordinating cross-functional efforts. You will lead high-value projects from opportunity to delivery, aligning commercial strategies with customer needs and company goals. You engage with diverse stakeholders across the organization to ensure seamless, high-impact solutions.

This position offers the chance to influence global account strategies and contribute to Hempel’s leadership in the renewables space.

- Manage strategic global accounts to grow revenue, profitability, and market share
- Lead global projects from opportunity qualification through bidding, execution and delivery
- Develop commercial strategies including engagement plans, value propositions, pricing, stakeholder mapping, and competitive positioning




- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Ru0026D, Technical Service, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal) to deliver solutions and meet project objectives
- Ensure commercial excellence through pipeline management, forecasting, risk mitigation, and performance tracking, while upholding quality, safety, and compliance

Responsabilidades

- Minimum 5 years in commercial, sales, account or project management roles
- Experience xugodme with integral account management or complex sales
- Strong cross-functional collaboration across regions and cultures
- Experience with CRM, pipeline management, forecasting and project governance
- PMP, PRINCE2, NACE/FROSIO or similar certification is an advantage
- Fluent in English; other languages advantageous
- Open to travel
- Formal education not strictly required if experience is strong
