Industrial Maintenance Technician (m/f/d)

Your tasks

- Your main task is to ensure the smooth operation of all equipment in the plant.
- In addition, you will be responsible for monitoring, performing, and registering maintenance programs to ensure better operation of the equipment.
- You perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance to ensure high equipment availability and reliability.
- You will work with mechanical/electrical components such as gearboxes, bearings, chains, belts, pneumatic systems, drives, electric motors.
- You perform PLC troubleshooting, diagnostics, and maintenance, working with systems such as Siemens, Festo, FANUC, and Yaskawa.
- Routines for starting, editing, and unlocking lines as well as parameterizing new types are also part of your tasks.
- You troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical breakdowns on production and manufacturing equipment.
- You contribute to continuous improvement activities and the optimization of maintenance processes.
- The control of spare parts, tools, and configuration of the parameters of production systems and robots complete your tasks

Your profile

- You have a higher technical degree in Mechatronics or an equivalent technical qualification.




- You have at least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in an industrial environment.
- You have experience in industrial robotics, including maintenance and troubleshooting.
- You have a good understanding of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
- Experience with automation and control systems from manufacturers such as Siemens, Festo, FANUC, and Yaskawa are an advantage
- You have a minimum B1 level of English
- You are a team player and willing to work in shifts, including occasional Saturdays.
- A valid driving licence and your own car are an advantage.
