[Junior Hardware Engineer - Avionics] – Grupo Oesía

WHAT WILL YOUR MISSION BE?

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team where you will design, develop and integrate technological solutions that become an essential part of high-value projects for our customers.

WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY ROLE?

- Definición y gestión de la trazabilidad de requisitos a nivel de placa, asegurando su alineación con las especificaciones de sistema dentro del ciclo de desarrollo en V.
- Análisis y definición de requisitos técnicos, así como diseño de soluciones hardware asociadas.
- Selección de componentes electrónicos en función de criterios de prestaciones, fiabilidad, disponibilidad y ciclo de vida.
- Diseño de placas electrónicas (PCB) y cableados.
- Captura de esquemáticos mediante herramientas EDA.
- Soporte al diseño y revisión de layouts PCB en colaboración con equipos multidisciplinares.
- Coordinación y planificación de soluciones técnicas junto con los equipos de firmware, mecánica y sistemas.
- Ejecución de pruebas de validación hardware: funcionales, ambientales y de cumplimiento normativo.
- Manejo de instrumentación de laboratorio para actividades de prototipado, integración y ensayo.
- Puesta en marcha, integración y depuración de equipos electrónicos.
- Soporte a fabricación, industrialización y calidad, participando en la resolución de incidencias y no conformidades.




- Elaboración de documentación técnica de proyecto: especificaciones de placa, listas de materiales (BoM), planos de fabricación y montaje, informes y planes de prueba.
- Gestión de información y documentación técnica mediante SAP.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- English proficiency at the B2 level or higher.
- Experience in developing systems in accordance with aerospace and/or space industry standards is a plus.
- Proactive, organized, and adaptable candidate with the ability to adapt to multidisciplinary environments.
- Results-oriented with the ability to manage priorities efficiently.
- Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into technical solutions aligned with their expectations.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills in complex technological environments.
