Our client, an ambitious international manufacturing business, is currently searching for senior interim support within their Internal Controls & Sox team. This role will suit someone ambitious and hands-on. In this role, you will help lead the execution and roll out of SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) across the business, including compliance activities, ensuring robust internal controls and adherence to both global and local requirements.

You will coordinate SOX-related activities, overseeing the design and effectiveness of internal controls while driving compliance with SOX 404. You will also be responsible for the coordination of control assessments, testing, and remediation efforts. In addition,



you will work closely with the wider team to adequately support Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICo FR) and SOX compliance.

The ideal candidate will be a certified accounting professional, with 10-15 years' in ICFR, with experience guiding control owners.

You will also have expert knowledge of COSO, SEC SOX 302/404, PCAOB. Ideally, you will be able to exhibit the aforementioned experience in mid-large international, US domestic filing industrial businesses. Day rate: Versátil commensurate with experience.

Location

Flexible as to where this person is based in Europe but will require regular travel (roughly 3 days per week) to their HQ in Jenbach, Austria. xugodme They do also have a growing site in Munich, Germany.
