Our philosophy is simple: Customer first. Cycling rocks! Team on a mission. We are looking for a motivated, hands-on IT & Digital Development Manager who wants to take responsibility for our IT operations and grow together with us as we continue developing our digital business.

You don't need to be an expert in everything from day one. We value practical experience, initiative, curiosity and the willingness to learn, take ownership and make things happen – working closely with our internal team and external specialists.

Your Role Reporting directly to the Managing Directors, you will coordinate our IT operations, lead our internal IT Assistant and work with external technology partners. At the same time, you will gradually take on a bigger role in improving our systems, digitalising business processes and implementing new technologies.

Your Responsibilities IT Management: Ensure reliable IT operations, coordinate external service providers and lead our IT Assistant, who handles day-to-day hardware and technical support.

Microsoft Environment: Maintain and develop our Microsoft 365 environment and support the ongoing improvement of Dynamics 365 Business Central and CRM.

Digitalisation: Work with different departments to identify and implement opportunities to simplify, digitalise and automate everyday processes.

Project Management:



Plan and coordinate IT and digital projects together with internal teams, management and external specialists. Systems & Integration: Help improve connections between our bike rental booking software, ERP, CRM and other business applications. AI & Automation: Explore and gradually introduce practical AI and automation solutions that make everyday work easier and more efficient.

E-Commerce: Collaborate with our Marketing and Sales teams to further develop our online sales and booking platforms from a technical perspective.

Continuous Improvement: Bring in new ideas, learn new technologies and help shape the long-term digital development of Free Motion.

What You Bring

Several years of practical experience in IT, business applications, IT coordination or digital project management. Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and an understanding of modern IT environments.

Experience with ERP or CRM systems. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a strong advantage. The ability to organise projects, coordinate external partners and work with different departments. A good understanding of IT infrastructure, security and business processes. A proactive, structured and hands-on approach to solving problems. The ability to work independently, take responsibility and find practical solutions. Good communication skills in English and Spanish.

Most importantly: motivation to learn, develop new skills and grow with our company. Nice to have, but not essential: Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, AI tools, e-commerce, system integrations or Microsoft Dynamics CRM. You don't need to master all these technologies already. We are happy to support the right person in developing these skills.
