The Role

As IT Support Specialist, reporting to our Head of IT & Cybersecurity, you will help every Stark employee with their day-to-day IT challenges and get to know our cloud infrastructure (AWS). You will join a very ambitious, fast-moving environment that will push you to learn and explore.

- Own user support across the company
- Lead workspace administration (Google and Microsoft)
- Work in a self-learning way, always focused on the fastest and best route to the goal
- Challenge what can be improved, and share advice openly
- Comply with and promote the company’s information security policies

What You’ll Do
- Maintain computer equipment and software
- Buy and configure new hardware for Stark employees
- Manage communication with our infrastructure and security providers
- Document and promote user best practices
- Help with simple cloud infrastructure tasks on AWS
- Keep your backlog up to date and resolve requests within SLA
- Follow industry trends, suggest improvements and be a role model for new team members

What you will bring to Stark
- Good knowledge of Windows and Linux, and basic knowledge of macOS




- Good knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
- Understanding of networking and security basics
- Knowledge of AWS is a plus
- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple work streams at once
- Proficient English (all work documentation and communication is in English)
