About the Opportunity

We're looking for an enthusiastic, organised and creative Junior Content & Production Assistant to join the growing content and production team at POLAR.

This is a hands-on opportunity to work directly alongside POLAR's founder, supporting the creation of engaging content across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and other digital platforms.

A major part of the role will involve documenting an ongoing villa restoration project in Marbella, capturing everything from dramatic transformations and behind-the-scenes moments to founder-led storytelling and engaging social media content.

However, the role extends well beyond the restoration project. You'll also support the production, organisation and delivery of content assets for the wider POLAR brand, including product content, brand storytelling, campaigns and founder-led initiatives.

This position has genuine potential to develop into a full-time opportunity as POLAR's content operation continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities1. Filming & On-Site Production

- Work directly alongside the founder during scheduled filming days in Guadalmina.
- Assist with filming content for YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok and other social platforms.
- Operate cameras and smartphones to capture engaging, high-quality footage.
- Capture additional camera angles, close-ups, B-roll, before-and-after footage and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Help prepare filming equipment and ensure footage is captured correctly.
- Support the production of founder-led content, including brand storytelling, personality-driven videos and promotional content.

1. Social Media Content Capture

- Understand the different footage requirements for long-form YouTube videos and short-form social media.
- Help ensure important content elements are captured, including opening hooks, transformation sequences, reactions and final reveals.
- Identify spontaneous, funny or interesting moments that could become standalone social media content.
- Suggest additional shots or filming opportunities where appropriate.
- Capture short behind-the-scenes clips suitable for Instagram Stories and other social channels.





You won't be expected to develop the overall content strategy, but you should have a good understanding of what makes engaging digital content.
1. Content Asset Management

This is a particularly important part of the role.
- Transfer, back up, organise and upload footage following each filming session.
- Maintain a clear and consistent folder structure for POLAR's content assets.
- Organise footage by project, filming date, episode and content type.
- Identify and label important clips, hooks, personality moments, transformation sequences and potential social media content.
- Provide useful notes and timestamps to help the wider production team locate footage quickly.
- Ensure content is delivered promptly and that files are complete, accessible and easy to navigate.
- Support the management and organisation of existing brand content assets.

1. Production Team Coordination

You'll work closely with POLAR's wider content team, including our Content Operations Manager and Community & Social Media Manager.

Responsibilities will include

- Preparing clear handovers following filming sessions.
- Sharing organised footage and identifying potential content opportunities.
- Highlighting any missing shots or additional footage requirements.
- Supporting requests for specific content assets from the wider team.
- Helping ensure a smooth workflow between filming, editing and publishing.

Who We're Looking For We're particularly interested in students, recent graduates or junior creatives who want to gain practical experience in content production.

Essential:

- Based locally in Marbella, Guadalmina, San Pedro de Alcántara, Estepona or the surrounding area.
- Able to travel reliably to our filming location in Guadalmina.
- Some practical experience filming content using a camera or smartphone.
- A good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and short-form video.
- Highly organised, reliable and comfortable managing digital files.
- Proactive, enthusiastic and willing to learn.
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Adaptable availability, particularly during scheduled filming weeks.

Desirable:

- Experience creating social media content for a personal account,



brand or business.
- Familiarity with DSLR or mirrorless cameras, microphones and basic lighting.
- Basic understanding of video editing software such as CapCut, Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
- Experience using Google Drive or similar asset management platforms.
- An interest in design, lifestyle, interiors, property restoration or entrepreneurship.
- Spanish language skills.

Working Arrangements This is a flexible, part-time opportunity based primarily on-site in Guadalmina, Marbella.

Filming takes place mainly on alternate weeks, with working days and hours arranged in advance.

Approximately 60–70% of the role will involve on-site filming and production support, with the remaining time focused on organising content assets, preparing production handovers and supporting the wider content team.

Some additional flexibility may be required for brand filming, special projects or changes to the production schedule.

Career progression: As POLAR continues to expand its content production, social media presence and brand activities, there is potential for this role to develop into a full-time position with increased responsibilities.
