The Role's Key Responsibilities and TasksAs an eDOer, you will have clear objectives, great challenges and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers. As a Legal Counsel in the Business Legal team you will be in charge of: Advise on current consumer law and the application of same across our websites in our products, content and services,



including in particular our travel subscription programme;Liaise with internal stakeholders and business teams to ensure that legal concepts are communicated clearly, and legal frameworks are incorporated into business practices;Contribute to the legal team's precedent bank in the creation and maintenance of internal Know How and guidance documents;Provide training to other team members and business stakeholderManage outside legal counsel (including working to budget allowances);Provide support to other members of the legal team, and to business teams, on an as-needed basis;Degree in Law with qualification to practice law in a European jurisdiction (preferrably Spain, Germany, France, or the UK);Fluent in English (working language).
