In this role you will lead the design and delivery of scalable data products to enable AI-driven growth in our Performance Marketing domain. You’ll shape the data engineering strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure high data quality and governance. You’ll work in a fast-paced, Agile environment to transform complex data into actionable, businessValue-driven solutions. - Define and drive the long-term technical roadmap for the Data Engineering team
- Align with stakeholders and translate technical solutions for non-technical audiences

Responsabilidades

- Technical ownership and strategic thinking to build and scale engineering solutions
- Experience with complex data initiatives and data architecture (ETL/ELT, data modeling,



data applications, reverse ETL)
- Data quality and governance design to minimize data loss and ensure privacy standards
- First experience with AI and ability to leverage AI tools to improve development
- Data orchestration using Dagster and ideally Airflow
- End-to-end delivery of high-complexity data projects with cross-functional stakeholders
- Agile/Scrum experience and comfort with iterative delivery
- Mentorship and ability to coach teammates and conduct code reviews
- Strategic communication to xugodme align technical and business stakeholders
- Analytical mindset to leverage data for hypothesis validation and business value
- Team player with ability to collaborate in a multicultural environment
- English language proficiency
