Are you passionate about social inclusion and empowering people through meaningful work? A social sector organization based in Palma, Mallorca, is looking for two dedicated professionals to join as Supported Employment Advisors. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in supporting individuals with diverse needs to access and sustain training and employment opportunities across the island. The position is based on-site in Palma with a permanent contract starting in late October 2026.

Your primary mission will be to assess participant profiles and guide them through their personal and professional journey. Your daily responsibilities will include:

- Assessing individual participant profiles and identifying their strengths and guidance needs.
- Designing and monitoring individualized action plans agreed upon with participants and their families.
- Providing guidance and support to help individuals access vocational training and job opportunities.
- Designing and leading individual and group training sessions aimed at improving socio-occupational skills.
- Assisting with administrative tasks, personal paperwork, and employment documentation.
- Supporting participants during job placement and ensuring ongoing workplace retention.




- Coordinating closely with professionals from educational institutions to explore training and work opportunities.
- Conducting business outreach and employer prospecting to secure internships and job placements.

To be successful in this position, you should bring solid experience in social guidance and labor insertion, alongside the following requirements:

- A completed university degree (second cycle or bachelor's degree).
- At least 36 months of relevant professional experience.
- A valid class B driving license.
- High flexibility and availability regarding working hours.
- User-level proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Trello is considered a valuable plus.

What is offered in return is a secure, permanent full-time position in Palma. The base gross annual salary is 27,174 EUR. In addition, you will receive two annual gross allowances: 600 EUR for vehicle availability and 1,507 EUR for schedule availability. The core working schedule is set from Monday to Friday, typically between 9:00 and 17:00, adaptable according to the specific needs of the service.
