As the first Marketing hire in Spain, you will localize global campaigns, craft a Spanish-market growth strategy, and own end-to-end marketing execution. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to adapt messaging, channels, and lifecycle activities for Spain, driving acquisition, activation, and retention. Your insights will shape product and marketing decisions in a fast-scaling, AI-enabled shopping platform. This role offers a hands-on, impact-driven path at a fast-growing international team.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

- Localize marketing strategies and assets for Spain, adapting campaigns to local culture and market dynamics
- Plan and execute Spain-specific campaigns across channels from brief to launch
- Own Spanish user lifecycle, including CRM journeys and automations for acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention
- Translate consumer insights into actionable marketing and product decisions, collaborating with User Acquisition to tailor creatives




- Establish lightweight processes to enable consistent execution as the market scales
- Measure performance, run A/B tests, and translate results into actionable optimization

Responsabilidades

- Degree in business, marketing, or communications (or equivalent track record)
- 5+ years in consumer marketing, ideally in tech, e-commerce, or retail
- Based in Barcelona or Madrid with native Spanish and fluent English
- Strong marketing judgment across online and offline channels; able to adapt xugodme general brands to local context
- Entrepreneurial and collaborative mindset; capable of managing multiple workstreams
- Analytical rigor with data-driven decision making; high attention to quality across touchpoints
- AI fluency to accelerate research, localization, content production, and workflows
